- One study found that CBD affected levels of white and brown fat in the body, the second of which is associated with lower weights.
- Some research points to its potential anti-inflammatory properties.
In short, limited research suggests that CBD may have some benefits, but there’s no better way to support weight management than through diet and exercise.
